Animal Disco are proud to announce that A Plastic Rose will play Auntie Annie’s on Friday 30th September. Rock and roll should hit you in the guts, and leave you wanting more. With their debut min-album, A Plastic Rose have done exactly this, seven tracks that leave you on your knees, begging for more.
Released on Di Di Mau Records, which is gaining an increasingly strong roster of important artists, The Promise Notes is a summation of where the band has got to so far, but leaves you in no doubt that the best is yet to come. With overwhelmingly positive reviews in the UK and Irish press The Promise Notes has successfully got people talking about this exciting new band, garnering them comparisons to the likes of Biffy Clyro, Snow Patrol, Foo Fighters, and Twin Atlantic
Their mixture of pure emotion and rock and roll dynamics has seen them winning over audiences all over the UK and Ireland, headlining the 2nd stage of the T Vital Festival and high profile gigs such as Arthurs Day in Dublin confirming that A Plastic Rose are THE most exciting new rock band in the UK right now.
With plans to release their debut full length album 2011 is already shaping up to be a key year for the band, and it seems like APR are ready to step up to the next level and win over an entirely new audience. With the likes of Snow Patrol’s Gary Lightbody claiming, A Plastic Rose are “A Revolution Of The Heart” who are we to argue?
